The presidential candidate (-RJ) stated that “evil will be expelled from the Brazilian government” and that the country is experiencing a “spiritual war”. The statement was made at , an event that takes place on this Thursday (4) in Corpus Christi.
Also present, the Union’s attorney general, quoted the president (PT) to say that the occasion was not a platform. “President Lula sent me here, he asked me for some things: he asked me to bring love, the word of love and communion, and he said that this is not the place for a rally,” he declared.
The former president’s eldest son (PL) spoke in the morning at the event. “Let’s pray for our Brazil, this war is spiritual. The greatest response we can give to the evil that will be expelled from the Brazilian government this year”, he stated.
“I’m not here as a candidate, I’m here as a Christian”, he had said shortly before. Flávio, who is a pre-candidate for Planalto in 2026, was not present in previous years.

Then the senator entered. “I know that women pray more”, he said and then asked everyone, without distinction, to do the same for his father. He sang a gospel hymn called “Victory Hymn” and revered Israel, referring to a cause dear to evangelicals.

The March reaches its 34th edition under the theme “every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that he is the Lord”. The choice, according to Hernandes, is inspired by the verse in which Jesus preaches: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
