For a few months now, the inscription on the top of the tower, surrounded by lush palm tree motifs and white glazed ceramics, has reflected a truth that is not only divine, but also geometric: with a height of 172.5 meters and a gigantic cross that can be accessed inside with a view of the city, the Sagrada Família is now the highest church in the world. The previous record holder, the Ulm Minster with 161.5 meters, falls back to second place.
