Amsterdam – Maximilian Steinlechner celebrated his greatest success in his professional golf career on Sunday. The 26-year-old Tyrolean finished tied for third place at the KLM Dutch Open in Amsterdam, securing his first podium finish on the World Tour. For this he was rewarded with $173,000, which is almost as high as his previous career prize money. Seventh place at the Austrian Alpine Open in Kitzbühel was Steinlechner’s highlight.
