A chocolate cake with just three ingredients went viral in Brazil, gaining prominence on social media for its simplicity of preparation and creamy result. The recipe was shared by an Instagram account dedicated to healthy cooking and quickly spread among users looking for quick alternatives with few ingredients.
According to the Instagram page “Receitas Fitness da Érika”, the popularization of this cake is linked to the fact that it requires only three basic components and can be prepared both in the oven and in the air fryer. The account, which has more than 980 thousand followers, has published several simplified versions of traditional desserts.
Simple ingredients and quick preparation
The recipe includes 200 grams of chocolate with 70% cocoa, 200 grams of natural yogurt or ricotta cream and four eggs. The process begins with melting the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, and is then mixed with the other ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
