Fernanda Serrano came across a video shared on TVI and CNN Portugal’s Instagram page and decided to speak out.
In the images, it is possible to see a moment captured by one of the drivers traveling along Cascais Marginal, who was confronted with a “runaway car” traveling “in the wrong direction”.
In view of the video, Fernanda Serrano then revealed that she also experienced a similar situation during the weekend, this time on the 25 de Abril Bridge.
“Yesterday something similar happened at 2:34 pm, on the Ponte 25 de Abril heading north south. I was in a car with daughters and Santi in another car with sister and grandparents, we had to stop, honk the horn, I tried to photograph the license plate without success, due to scare and maneuvers to escape this bewildered drunk, unfortunately no authorities were around”started by sharing.
Fernanda Serrano finally left an outburst: “I hope that the photographic records of the 25 de Abril Bridge will be able to identify this creature. Regrettable”.
