Oslo – Due to the serious health condition of Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit, the Norwegian justice system ordered the release of her son Marius Borg Høiby on Monday. The court decision is intended to enable the 29-year-old, accused of multiple rapes, to spend the time with his seriously ill mother until the verdict is handed down. However, since the public prosecutor’s office has filed an appeal, Høiby must still remain in custody.
