The Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) of the Senate approved this Wednesday (10), Bill 4978/2023, which creates Pix Pensão, to facilitate the payment of alimony. The board voted on the urgent request to process the matter and then approved the opinion. Now, the text goes to the Senate plenary. The proposal was approved by the Chamber in September 2025.
O PL establishes automatic transfer of alimonyallowing the beneficiary to choose this form of payment at any time during the sentence. Currently, the pension can be automatically debited from the debtor’s salary. However, not when he does not have a formal employment relationship, the beneficiary needs to take legal action with each delay.
