Vienna – A 25-year-old man is said to have overpowered his former partner in Vienna-Hietzing on Friday, held her in her apartment for several hours and threatened to kill her with a kitchen knife in order to force her to resume the relationship. According to a police release, the woman was finally able to make an emergency call without being noticed. The suspect was arrested and then released on the order of the public prosecutor.
