The supermarket chain Dia announced this Tuesday, the 16th, the end of its judicial recovery process, just over two years after requesting protection against creditors.
The conclusion was approved by the São Paulo Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery Court after the company demonstrated full compliance with the obligations set out in the restructuring plan.
The end of judicial supervision occurred before the initially scheduled deadline, which was October of this year. According to the company, the anticipation was possible after 100% compliance with the goals and commitments established in the recovery process.
