The recent fight between Gilmar Mendes and André Mendonça, once again exposed the antagonisms within the Federal Supreme Court, in addition to the well-known suspicious attitudes of judges in the face of the Master case. The dean of the institution did not look good in the photograph.
It is now more than clear that at least two magistrates are involved with the mafia banker. Alexandre de Moraes must explain what his family’s law firm signed with the bank.
Dias Toffoli, after attempting a frustrated operation, left the rapporteurship and declared himself prevented from participating in votes. His personal and family ties to Vorcaro became evident in his negotiations with the infamous man.
