Máziková broke her silence about her pension from Germany: I would also like more, but! HOW MUCH does he charge?

Eva Máziková has been among the icons of Slovak show business for many years. After graduating from the Bratislava gymnasium, she entered the law faculty, but after two years she gave up the paragraph in the trash. She was attracted by a promising singing career. In the show, the singer spoke openly about her retirement.

She came to public attention in 1967 after winning the Golden Camera competition when she was only 18 years old. A successful period full of festivals and concert tours in Germany with the band Braňa Hronca followed, and in 1972 she took home the prestigious golden Bratislava lyre.

In the same year, she also released her debut album, I lost my boomerang. The temperamental singer also charmed film directors – the audience remembers her especially as the unforgettable Hanka from the cult comedy Pacho, the high-flying bandit.

Today, 76-year-old Máziková is enjoying her retired life to the fullest. “Basically, I retired when I was fifty-five, because I sold my practice. I had a completely different business in Germany than many people think. Everyone thinks I’m a singer or just acting. I had a beauty salon for cancer patients. I employed 10 people“, she revealed.

She never returned to law, instead later studying medical cosmetology in Germany. “We cooperated with doctors and hospitals. We basically accompanied them. I did not treat, but we accompanied because when you have cancer, you have chemotherapy, it all goes through your face. And various problems happen on the face, on the skin and in general the lymph and so on,” she explained how her salon worked.

Máziková is proud of the fact that she receives a German pension. “I have a very good pension. Okay, I would like more too, but I have a good big pension. But even in the west in Germany, pensions are bad. But as bad as I hear from social networks, or what people complain about, they are not that small,” she said honestly.

The legend did not particularly prepare for old age. “You don’t think at all about the fact that you will ever be old. You don’t think at all about lying in bed, and no one at all about retirement,” thinks Máziková. She revealed that she saved the money herself. “But I’m also the envelope type. Even from my mother. You give it to your granddaughter, a hundred goes there, a hundred goes there. And this is how I have my envelopes.” she continued.

He considers one thing in this world to be fair. “But I don’t know what awaits me. Nobody knows that. It is only fair in the world that you do not know what awaits you in the future. So you have to think a little about what you still want to do in life. I can’t just sit there. I just don’t know, it’s not mine. But I like to sit down now that it’s a little different than it used to be. Everyone says that when a person is old, he is no longer in control, completely out of control. I rule, honey, I rule, just slower. You have to realize thatMáziková let herself be heard.

And what advice would she give to seniors so that they still have as much zest for life as she does? “I love life because every single day is different. You can say, oh it’s raining today, it’s a terrible day. But I was looking forward to talking to you today. So that day is immediately more beautiful. Try to see the good in it. And I’m also lucky to be able to sing. And I’m very happy that they still call me. Of course, they used to tell me that you are so pretty and you have a very good voice. Now I’m told you have that much energy and at your age? Saying this makes me sick,” added the singer, whose real age few would guess.
