Portugal debuted in the 2026 World Cup on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 17, against the Democratic Republic of Congo and tied the game (1-1) with a goal from João Neves.
The final result prompted several observations on social media, one of them by digital influencer Ana Garcia Martins, better known as ‘Pipoca Mais Doce’.
The comedian also decided to speak out and on her Instagram account she made just one reference to the Quinas team players’ trips to the beach, days before their debut in the competition.
“We didn’t win, but you can see that the trips to the beach are working. Everyone has an impeccable tan and is swimming much better”he considered.
