“I still don’t have more information nor do I know what Wagner has to say, so I’m waiting calmly because I know his seriousness and public conduct. “[O caso Master] has a birth, which is the authorization in 2019 for Daniel Vorcaro to establish and form the bank, and all the acquisitions that were made and the expansion of the business, the acquisition of portfolios, which took place from 2019 to 2024, during the management of the former president of the BC [Campos Neto]”, he declared.

The PF executed 18 search and seizure warrants this Thursday in a new phase of the Compliance Zero operation, which investigates irregularities related to Banco Master.

The warrants, issued by the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court), cover Bahia, São Paulo and the Federal District, and one of the most important names in the PT.

Another target is businessman Augusto Lima, who was Vorcaro’s partner at Master. Searches were carried out at addresses linked to both in Salvador and at a hotel in Brasília where Wagner lives.

The senator was contacted via WhatsApp, but has not yet responded. Augusto Lima’s defense was also sought and has not taken a position so far.
