The former first lady () stated this Wednesday (24) that her eldest stepson, the senator (PL-RJ), disrespected her, mistreated her and left it understood that he did not want her support for his pre-candidacy for president of the Republic.
Michelle published two videos on social media. The former first lady criticizes the PL’s alliance with (PSDB), pre-candidate for governor of Ceará, and talks about the attacks made by her stepchildren after her support for senator Eduardo Girão (Novo-CE).
The former first lady says that Flávio criticized her on social media before speaking to her and did not answer the phone. Afterwards, he returned the call harshly, saying that she should stay out of the party’s decisions and that she didn’t understand anything about politics.
“Going back to Flávio, I called him, tried a few times, but he didn’t answer. A few hours after the post, he returned the call. But honestly, to say what he told me, it would have been better if he hadn’t called. He was very harsh, disrespected me and mistreated me on the phone. And I hadn’t done anything against him. He said it would be better for me to stay out of the party’s decisions. He said I had arrived yesterday and didn’t understand anything about politics”, he stated.
She continued: “In the face of this humiliation, I told him that everything was fine. I understood that he didn’t want my support or that it was insignificant. And then I withdrew. I kept to myself — and I remain that way.”
The fight between Ceará’s platform took place in December, after federal deputy André Fernandes (PL-CE) joined Ciro. Flávio and his brothers Eduardo, Carlos Bolsonaro and Jair Renan criticized their stepmother on social media and defended Fernandes.
In the videos released this Wednesday, the former first lady criticizes Ciro, defends the PL’s support for Girão (whom she called the only truly right-wing candidate) and claims that one of the party’s candidates in the Senate belongs to Fortaleza councilor Priscila Costa (PL), of whom she is an ally.
“He [Ciro] He called my husband a chicken thief, corrupt, a donkey, a donkey. He said that Bolsonaro stole gasoline. He said that Bolsonaro’s wives would all be thieves. I said that my husband’s children — my stepchildren — were corrupt, that they were thieves. And he gave them a nickname: Nazi snake eggs,” Michelle said.
