Rubio’s priority
Marco Rubio accredited himself to occupy the Secretary of State with the idea that the United States wastes a lot of time with Europe and should be more active in Latin America.
The trouble that Trump got himself into with Iran indicates that Rubio was not listened to by his boss, but he is already getting into other trouble here.
