Nexus/BTG: 51% reject voting for Flávio; 49%, in Lula

The senator and pre-candidate for President Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) appears with 51% rejection, while the president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) records 49%, according to survey Nexus/BTG released this Monday (29).

Among those interviewed, 28% said that Flávio is the only candidate they would vote for, while 18% said they could vote for him, but also for another candidate. Another 3% said they did not know the name, and no interviewee was in the category of not knowing or not answering.

In Lula’s case, 38% said he is the only candidate they would vote for, while 12% said they could vote for him, but also for another. 1% said they did not know the president, while none of the respondents fell into the category of not knowing or not answering.

The historical series of the survey shows that rejection of Flávio was 48% on March 30th and April 27th. The percentage rose to 50% on May 25th, reached 52% on June 15th and rose to 51% in the most recent survey.

Lula, on the other hand, registered a rejection rate of 49% on March 30th, falling to 48% on April 27th and to 47% in the surveys on May 25th and June 15th. In the most recent survey, the index returned to 49%.

Methodology

A Nexus/BTG interviewed 2,009 votersbetween the days June 26th and 28ththrough a telephone interview. The margin of error for the survey is 2 percentage pointsmore or less, with a confidence interval of 95%.

The research was commissioned by the BTG Pactual and is registered with TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under the protocol BR-08521/2026.
