The Minister of Entrepreneurship, Microenterprise and Small Businesses, Paulo Pereira, will participate this Wednesday (Jul 1, 2026), at 2pm, in the hearing of the special Senate committee that analyzes the .
The minister must present the government’s position on the project, which deals with the new framework for microentrepreneurs and the update of the Simples Nacional rules. The proposal changes revenue limits and seeks to adapt the tax regime to changes in economic activity.
The debate will be held in the Federal Senate and is part of the discussion of the report of the special committee responsible for analyzing the text.
