Vienna – The false statement causes the Causa to the next round. In February 2024, the Vienna Criminal Court owed the former Chancellor Sebastian Kurz (ÖVP) in one of three charges. Appeal went briefly – this will now be negotiated on May 26th at the Vienna Higher Regional Court. A corresponding report of the Presse confirms a spokeswoman for the court on a standard request.
