The Supreme Court Minister Alexandre de Moraes determined on Thursday (24.br.2025) the arrest of former President Fernando Collor de Mello for passive corruption.
The decision must be endorsed by the court’s virtual plenary, in a session scheduled for Friday (25.abr), starting at 11am and end at 11:59 pm.
