Foreign student released from the US prison after six weeks

Washington – Rümysa Öztürk, a Turkish student at Tufts University, returns to Massachusetts after more than six weeks in an immigration prison. Ozturk had also made a text for her student newspaper. In it, she criticized the university’s reaction to the request to separate from companies with connections to Israel. Then her visa was revoked and she was arrested. She filed a lawsuit and has now been released for deposit.
