Blatten – Solidarity with the residents of the buried Valais mountain village Blatten in Switzerland is great. The Humanitarian Foundation “Glückskette” has already received over CHF 17 million (CHF 18.14 million) for the village. The Swiss federal government recently provided five million francs (CHF 5.33 million), and other organizations also collect for the villagers.
