Chinese attack feared
According to a media report, the USA is preparing for a Chinese attack on Taiwan. If this happens, a US Marine regiment with an artillery system would be deployed to Japan’s Nansei Islands near Taiwan, reports the Japanese news agency Kyodo. Additional US soldiers will also be stationed in the Philippines. The Chinese Foreign Ministry strongly protests against the plans
