The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer and the French president, Emmanuel Macron, announced this Thursday a migratory agreement for which the United Kingdom will return to France to those who cross the Canal de la Mancha in exchange for receiving in its territory asylum plaintiffs from France.
