Princess Leonor de Bourbon goes with King Felipe VI to the Palma Yacht Club | Spain

Princess Leonor de Borbón visited this Saturday the Royal Yacht Club of Vala de Palma, where she has arrived with her father and has greeted the female crews that participate in the competition held in the Bay of Palma. Father and daughter have arrived shortly before 10.30 to the facilities of the Sports Complex and have been aimed at greeting the five members of the women’s crew of the Military Superior Sports Council that participate in the Women’s Cup, led by Captain Esther Gómez.

Subsequently, the king, who disputes the fifth and last regatta of the 43 Copa del Rey Mapfre de Vela, has posed with the princess for a group photography with many of the members of the 15 women’s teams participating in the Cup. This edition has marked a female participation record. In fact, more than 200 women regatists from 29 countries are part of the international crews that compete among the five classes.
