The National Council of (CNMP) established last Wednesday (6) a working group to elaborate studies and a proposal for draft law to create mechanisms that make it difficult to participate in criminal organizations in public hiring.
The WG, created by a measure signed by the Attorney General, will be composed of experts in the Law of State, Administrative Law and Criminal Law.
The group will be coordinated by CNMP Secretary-General Carlos Vinícius Alves Ribeiro, and will be attended by TSE Minister Floriano de Azevedo Marques and lawyers Danyelle da Silva Galvão, Flávia Siqueira, Felipe Freitas, Igor Tamasauskas, Paulo Pereira and Flávia Guth.
There is no definite deadline for the group to complete their work.
