The GPA, owner of the Pão de Açúcar supermarket chain, announced on Friday (22) request for resignation from the business director, Fréderic Garcia, according to minutes of board meeting.
The document also shows the approval of Rodolfo Costa Neves Francisco as a member of the GPA Financial and Audit Committee.
