The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court () ordered the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) and the defendants of the defendants of Nucleus two-“Management”-of the coup plot to present their last arguments in the process. PGR will have 15 days to send the final allegations to the Supreme Court.

According to the complaint, Silvinei Vasques, Marília Alencar and Fernando de Sousa Oliveira used the PRF and the structure of the Ministry of Justice to benefit former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the 2022 elections. They would have produced intelligence reports to set up operations that would make the vote of Northeast voters, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT).
Mário Fernandes was accused of coordinating “violent monitoring and neutralization actions of public authorities”, in conjunction with Marcelo Câmara, in what was known as the Green and Yellow dagger plan, and to do the dialogue with popular leaders linked to scammer acts of January 8, 2023.
Filipe Martins was appointed as responsible for the decree project that would implement “exceptional measures” of the coup, including the arrest of ministers Alexandre de Moraes and Gilmar Mendes, the STF, and Senator Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), then president of the Senate.
