On December 25 and 26, they are public holidays. Christmas Eve is working, but nowadays more and more employers are deciding to admit their employees free on December 24. Working days between Christmas and the New Year period, i.e. December 27 and 28, fall on Saturday and Sunday. If your employer does not give free on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, take a vacation for days: 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31 December and January 2, and you will have free for two weeks, from December 20 to January 4. If you don’t have to work on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, you only need to use only 5 days from your vacation, and you will also have 2 weeks off.
How to extend vacation in 2025?
Christmas is not the only period when you can extend your free time. In November he falls on Saturday. According to Polish law, in this case, employees deserve an additional day off. It is worth knowing, however, that the employer decides which day will be chosen as a free collection. In November we also celebrate Independence Day. This year, November 11 falls on Tuesday.
