Taipei/Beijing – With a newly published manual for civil protection, Taiwan prepares its population for a possible attack by the big neighbor China. In the instructions “for the crisis: Taiwan’s national guidelines for public security”, the authorities of the Democratic Island Republic warn, among other things, about disinformation.
