CPMI President gives arrest voice to the intermediate of the “Bald of the INSS”

The President of CPMI (Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security), Senator Carlos Viana (We can-MG), gave the economist imprisonment Rubens Oliveira Costapointed out as an intermediary of Antônio Carlos Camilo Antuneso “INSS Bald”.

Previously, CPMI rapporteur, Deputy Alfredo Gaspar (Union-AL), had also requested the arrest. Rubens’ performance was shown by the parliamentarian in “Bald of the INSS” companies.

“This citizen participated in very serious crimes against retirees and pensioners, continues in impunity, continues to commit crimes and meet with other investigated (…) to avoid the escape and the commission of new crimes and the blatant crime of documentary concealment in the face of an ongoing investigation, I ask the decree of pre -trial detention,” said the rapporteur.

Asked by about 30 congressmen, the economist remained silent in most questions for having a habeas corpus granted by the Supreme Court (STF).
