Vienna-Women’s team boss Monique Tijsterman is expanding her activity for Austria’s handball association (ÖHB) for full-time activity and will move from the Netherlands to Vienna in a few weeks. The 56-year-old took over the team in February 2024, after the EM that took place at the end of the previous year, a squad break was initiated. According to the ÖHB, the desire for a stronger integration of Tijsterman had passed longer, but now it came to the association.
