The president of (Supreme Federal Court), minister, marked the trial of the 2022 coup plot.
Four days were reserved for the trial: October 14, 15, 21 and 22.

Lieutenant Colonel Guilherme Marques Almeida is accused of spreading the false material on fraud in the presidential election, and Colonel Reginaldo Vieira de Abreu would have tried to interfere with the Armed Forces report on the electronic voting system.
According to the PGR, defendant Carlos César Moretzsohn Rocha was responsible for producing a “technical report maliciously manipulated” by the Voting Legal Institute for the Liberal Party to request the annulment of votes that would harm Lula (PT).
The Major of the reserve Ailton Barros, the last accused of the nucleus, is accused of promoting virtual attacks against the heads of the Armed Forces who were opposed to the attempted coup.
Defendants refuse to have committed the crimes for which they are accused.
