Chamber of Santos will make a public hearing on zero tariff on buses

The City Council of, on the coast of, will hold a public hearing next Friday (3/10) to discuss the viability of the implementation of zero tariff in the city’s public transport.

The meeting was summoned by the Transport and Accessibility Commission and will bring together experts, representatives of the government and the population to discuss alternatives for financing municipal public transport.

The public hearing will also address the current model of subsidies paid by the city to the concessionaire responsible for the system.
