To prepare Gingerbread from sister Anastazja’s recipe you will need:
- 1 stick of butter,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa,
- 1 spice,
- 1 cup of sugar,
- 1 cup of sour cream,
- 1 cup of honey,
- 2 tablespoons of ice water,
- 3 eggs,
- 3 cups of flour.
You can serve the gingerbread immediately after cooling, but you can also cover it with icing. To prepare the icing, you will need a bar of milk chocolate and a few spoons of whipping cream.

Pour baking soda, cocoa, spices and flour into a bowl. In a large bowl Mix a stick of butter with three egg yolks. Add a glass of sour cream and honey to the grated butter, as well as two tablespoons of ice water and the sifted dry ingredients. In a clean bowl beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Combine the egg whites with the previously prepared mass and mix gently until the ingredients are combined. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Pour the dough into a baking tin, place it in a preheated oven and bake bake for about an hour.
