A football agent was arrested after threatening a Premier League player with a gun, the British press reported on Monday (3).
The BBC and other media reported that the player, who is around 20 years old but whose identity cannot legally be revealed, was threatened in London on September 6, in an incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning, while he was with a friend.
The Sun newspaper reported that the 31-year-old accused, also unidentified, was arrested two days later and released on bail on September 9, with the condition that he have no contact with the player.
There were no reports of injuries in the incident.
