The promulgation, last Friday (31), provided for in the Constitution, will contribute to a clearer definition of the powers and responsibilities of the Union, states and municipalities in the area.
The assessment is by Cezar Miola, member of the board of Atricon, an association that brings together the country’s audit courts.
According to him, the SNE, also known as , will bring more legal security to managers and facilitate the actions of control bodies, especially the Audit Courts, which will now monitor, guide and inspect the new rules.
“Together with the National Education Plan, which is progressing in Congress, we will have two important instruments to help guarantee the universalization of this fundamental right in all corners of the country, with quality and equity”, says Miola.
