In the case of the rape of the student Sone, the defendant Ivo P testifies again at the Bratislava I Municipal Court on Tuesday. This time he answers the questions of the victim’s lawyer, Ondrej Urban. The defendant repeated that he did not remember where he first met the victim, at what time, or how she got to his house. However, he assumed that he brought her to him. He didn’t even remember what condition she was in. For the rest of the hearing, the court, at the suggestion of the injured party’s lawyer, excluded the public, who will not be present even during the hearing of the expert witness. At the same time, Urban proposed to the court to reclassify the offense of restricting personal freedom as a crime.
