Twenty-seven-year-old saleswoman Barbara Laura Souza Félix died on the operating table during an aesthetic procedure known as a “Brazilian Butt Lift” (BBL). The tragedy took place at a private clinic in Brazil, where a young woman underwent an operation in which fat was removed from her abdomen and then implanted in her buttocks in order to increase its volume, he writes.
However, the medical staff noted the fat during the grafting phase a sudden drop in her breathing rate and then her heart stopped completely. The surgeons despaired of the young woman they tried to resuscitate for more than an hourbut on Tuesday, May 26, at 12:20 p.m., she was declared dead.
