  1. In a large bowl, mix the powdered milk with the condensed milk until a crumbly dough forms.
  2. Knead with your hands until you get a smooth, dense dough that doesn’t stick to your fingers.
  3. Place the dough between two pieces of plastic and roll it out with a rolling pin, forming a uniform rectangle.
  4. Remove the plastic from above and spread the Nutella, leaving a finger space around the edges.
  5. Roll gently to form a roulade.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before slicing and serving.
