Dimitré Dinev wins the Austrian Book Prize for his 1,100-page opus

What is the best domestic book of the year? On Monday evening, the award ceremony for the Austrian Book Prize gave the answer: Dimitré Dinev received the award worth 20,000 euros Time for the brave. It has been 22 years for the author since his last novel Angel tongues (2003) left time for his three families, four generations and a century-spanning epic. It follows the character Meto through monarchy, fascism and communism.
