After 7 years away from TV Globo, the actor Paulinho Vilhena47, announced his return to soap operas this Saturday (9). In a post on Instagram, he said that he is part of the cast of “For You”.
“The title of the new soap opera is ‘Por Você’ but my journey is ‘Por Vocês'”, wrote the artist, referring to his wife and daughter. “I return to TV Globo after 7 years for this incredible work that I (and my wife) asked God for.”
“After the play ‘Qualquer Gato Vira Lata’ at the beginning of the year, followed by ’45 Dias, O Filme’, both completed successfully, the time has come for television. Very happy to be part of this work together with colleagues who are part of my story, such as, , Sheron Menezzes, Renata Sorrah, Jose de Abreu and Fernanda de Freitas”, he added.
Paulinho Vilhena’s last work in a soap opera was in “O Sétimo Guardião” (2018), on TV Globo, in which he played João Inácio.
The actor became known for his role in the series, in which he played the heartthrob Gustavo, Sandy’s romantic partner. The artist even had a relationship with the singer in real life, which lasted just under 1 year.
Currently, he is married to Maria Luiza Vilhena29. The two began their relationship in 2022 and, the following year, announced their pregnancy and got married in a discreet ceremony in São Paulo.
