The minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Guilherme Boulos, intends to take a program of mobile services to the cities, throughout his tour of the country. The idea is to organize, together with other ministries, such as Health, Labor, Social Security and Finance, a ‘trailer’ that will circulate around the outskirts, providing assistance to the population to: answer questions, make inquiries and regularize documents, for example.

The flying services would arrive with the minister, promoting an event at the locations and attracting the population to listen to Boulos’ speeches. The program called “Governo na Rua” also has the mission of promoting programs already carried out by the government, in addition to laws already approved, such as income tax exemption for those earning up to R$5,000.

The minister’s travels should now begin. The ordinance authorizing the change was signed by President Lula last week.

A Young Pan also anticipated that Boulos will focus on his travels on dialogue with informal entrepreneurs. The public should be Lula’s main target in the 2026 campaign.

Informal entrepreneurs were one of the main targets of Boulos’ campaign for mayor in 2024. But the investment in this electorate only appeared in the middle to the end of the campaign, after the influencer and then his opposing candidate, Pablo Marçal, had already established a connection with this part of the electorate.

Now, Boulos wants to pave this audience as an electoral asset for Lula, starting to invest in dialogue now. The minister intends to listen to the needs of this electorate, to formulate public policies suggested in next year’s campaign.
