At a certain point, and when they were talking about competitor Margarida, the presenter decided to give her opinion about the young woman, who is often called “fragile”.
“Can I say something? I think Margarida is not fragile at all, Margarida thinks she is fragile, people tell Margarida that she is fragile and Margarida is nothing… I really like the girl and I really think she is only what others say she is in my head because it is exactly the opposite”he began by saying.
Cristina Ferreira highlighted that her boyfriend Gonçalo is one of the people who highlights this fragility in her partner on the program and that this only makes the young woman believe that she is: “I really think it’s not and, perhaps, that’s what she felt and the girl’s story is not- and I know a lot more things than you do- her story is really difficult and she felt a place of affection there in Gonçalo’s family and Gonçalo’s family, but I think she needs to be surrounded by people who tell her that she’s not… Or who don’t even emphasize the fact that she’s fragile, she needs to get on with her life, because they’re always saying ‘she’s fragile’, ‘it’s fragile’, right! She is not and it has already been seen that she is capable!”he highlighted.
