This Thursday (11) sent to the minister (General Secretariat) a note rejecting the ordinance that created the working group for , because of the decision to restrict the number of representatives of trade unions in the collegiate to three.
The point of divergence involves representatives of civil society in the collegiate. In total, there are 10 from organizations and entities representing the app delivery category, in addition to the three from .
For Força Sindical, the ordinance imposes “unacceptable institutional distortion” by limiting the participation of unions. “The Ministry of Labor and Employment recognizes, today, six national unions, all with legitimacy to represent all Brazilian workers”, continues the text.
The note argues that, by selecting only three unions to compose the working group, the ordinance disrespects the constitutional principle of union representation, denies the breadth of representation of the centrals, breaks the equality between equally recognized entities and creates an arbitrary differentiation between organizations with equal legal legitimacy.
“Limiting the number of centers is excluding part of the working class from the process of formulating public policy”, states the note of repudiation, which argues that the formation of the group ensures the full presence of the centers. “The exclusion of centrals means, in practice, excluding entire segments of the working class, as each central brings together different categories, regions and sectors, which no longer have a voice in the collegiate”, he indicates.
The text also states that the ordinance privileges informal groups to the detriment of legally constituted entities, which would create an institutional environment that is “fragile, unbalanced and without guarantees of real representation of the working class.”
The Force requests, in the document sent, that the current composition of the GT have its effects suspended until “the distortions are corrected”.
