Bratislava police officers are investigating the case of a fireworks explosion in which a 14-year-old boy was injured. “The case happened in the last few days in the third district of Bratislava,” informed Michal Szeiff, spokesman for the Regional Directorate of the Police Force (KR PZ) in Bratislava.
“According to the information so far, a 14-year-old boy bought several pieces of fireworks from the seller. However, while handling it, it exploded and the boy suffered several injuries to his upper limb, which required transportation and subsequent surgery in the hospital“, he zoomed in.
Other circumstances of this case are the subject of an ongoing investigation. “V in this context, we appeal to the public to increase their caution and prudence when handling fireworks, even in view of the approaching end of the year and the associated celebrations of its arrival.” urged the police spokesman.
