When local companies are looking for IT staff, it’s a bit like playing the lottery: the probability of winning a jackpot is not very high – especially not if you’re only looking in Austria. The shortage of skilled workers is now just as much a part of the economics as the economy or sales. Regardless of the industry, entrepreneurs complain about constant staffing concerns.
