The weather in Vienna is really Dutch, as is the means of transport: Sjors van Duren rides his Dutch bike in the pouring rain on Argentinierstrasse, Vienna’s new flagship bicycle street. The bike is on loan from the Dutch Embassy. Even at the mobility advisor’s home in Nijmegen there is always a bike available for guests: “It’s the best way to move through a city. Then you can feel it.”
