Venezuelan state-owned PDVSA said on Wednesday that it is advancing in negotiations with the United States for the sale of oil and added that the parties have discussed terms similar to those in force with foreign partners such as Chevron.
“The process… is based on strictly commercial transactions, in legal, transparent and beneficial terms for both parties,” the company said in a statement.
