  • 3 ripe and soft avocados,
  • 1/4 cup of dark cocoa,
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey,
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut milk.

Peel the avocado, remove the seed and cut into quarters. Then place all the products in the blender. Mix for a few minutes to obtain a uniform consistency. Pour the resulting pudding into bowls.
