At least six people have been killed in attacks by the Russian army in central and southern Ukraine in the past 24 hours, regional authorities and emergency services said.
In the Zaporozhye region, Russian shelling killed a 62-year-old man and two women aged 26 and 50. A 46-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman died in the Kherson region, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said. An elderly woman was killed in a Russian attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih in central Ukraine, local authorities said.
